Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé with an Orange Ice Cube
Prep Time: 10 minutes (plus freezing time)

Ingredients
For the Orange Ice Cubes
- 1 orange, thinly sliced or cut into small wedges
- Water (or orange juice for extra flavor)
For the Drink
- 2 cups non-alcoholic sparkling rosé, chilled
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
- Fresh raspberries or strawberries (optional)
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
Make the Orange Ice Cubes
- Place a small orange slice or wedge into each compartment of an ice cube tray.
- Fill the tray with water (or orange juice for a more citrusy flavor).
- Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until solid.
Assemble the Drink
- Fill two wine glasses with 2–3 orange ice cubes each.
- Add a few fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries if desired.
- Pour the chilled non-alcoholic sparkling rosé into each glass.
- Add a splash of fresh lemon juice, if using.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
