Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé with an Orange Ice Cube

Ingredients

For the Orange Ice Cubes

  • 1 orange, thinly sliced or cut into small wedges
  • Water (or orange juice for extra flavor)

For the Drink

  • 2 cups non-alcoholic sparkling rosé, chilled
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
  • Fresh raspberries or strawberries (optional)
  • Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

Make the Orange Ice Cubes

  1. Place a small orange slice or wedge into each compartment of an ice cube tray.
  2. Fill the tray with water (or orange juice for a more citrusy flavor).
  3. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until solid.

Assemble the Drink

  1. Fill two wine glasses with 2–3 orange ice cubes each.
  2. Add a few fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries if desired.
  3. Pour the chilled non-alcoholic sparkling rosé into each glass.
  4. Add a splash of fresh lemon juice, if using.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
