

Frozen Pineapple Juice & Strawberry Ice Cubes
These fruity ice cubes are perfect for adding to sparkling water, lemonade, iced tea, or mocktails.

Freeze Time: 4–6 hours
Makes: About 12 ice cubes
Ingredients
- 1 cup 100% pineapple juice
- 6–8 fresh strawberries, diced
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Small pieces of fresh pineapple (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then dice them into small pieces.
- Place a few pieces of strawberry into each compartment of an ice cube tray.
- Add a small mint leaf or a piece of pineapple to each compartment, if desired.
- Pour the pineapple juice over the fruit, filling each compartment about 90% full.
- Freeze for 4–6 hours, or until completely solid.
- Transfer the frozen cubes to a freezer-safe bag or container until ready to use.

- Club soda
- Lemonade
- Iced tea
- Non-alcoholic sparkling rosé
